Adults: Take 1 to 2 tablets, once or twice daily, with cold or warm water. For optimal support, we recommend taking 2 tablets twice daily during the first few weeks. Once the desired level of support has been achieved, the dosage may be gradually reduced if desired. Do not take with coffee or milk.
