Adults and children from 12 years of age: Take 1 to 2 tablets, once or twice daily, with cold or warm water. The dosage depends on body weight and individual requirements. For adults, we recommend a starting dosage of 4 tablets per day, divided over two intake moments. Do not take with coffee or milk.
Do not use during pregnancy or in cases of diarrhea.
