If you have placed an order with Sensipharm, you are entitled to the right of withdrawal.
You may return the products you have ordered in their original, unopened packaging within 14 days of receiving your order. As all our health products have a safety seal, they must be unopened! Please make sure that you indicate in advance by e-mail that you want to return your order or exchange it for another product.
If you have recently paid for the order (in advance), Sensipharm will refund the amount excluding shipping costs as soon as possible and within 30 days after receiving the returned products.
